Please review the session, payment, cancellation and refund terms before confirming an appointment.

Session

  • Each tutoring session lasts 60 minutes.
  • Sessions are online via Google Meet; meeting details are provided after booking.

Payment

  • Payment is accepted via Venmo.
  • For a single session, payment is due before or at the start of the session.

Cancellation & no-show

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice is normally treated as a used, non-refundable session.
  • No-shows are treated as used, non-refundable sessions.
  • In a genuine emergency, contact the tutor promptly. A one-time courtesy reschedule may be offered at the tutor’s discretion; it is not guaranteed.

Refunds

  • Completed sessions, late-cancelled sessions and no-shows are not refundable.
  • Any exception or refund eligibility is assessed under these session policies.
  • If the tutor cancels or cannot attend, a rescheduled session or a full credit/refund for the affected paid session may be offered.
